Amazon (Recruitment).

 

The brief.

In a sentence the brief from Amazon Jobs read ‘to create concepts for a recruitment campaign, to attract suitable talent into a wide variety of Amazon Operations roles across Europe’.

Together with key factors including ‘potential in career advancements’, an ‘innovative culture’ and ‘working with like minded people’, it must show Amazon Jobs can be the platform for those to reach that next level professionally.

It must also introduce something different and stand alone to recognisable yet different enough to be noticed.

 

The outcome.

After presenting several different concepts to the client, we worked together to create what had become the final design. The overall concept harnessed a device that once agreed upon, could then be applied across different forms of the design, to create an over arching campaign. This device would over time, become recognisable with the brand and represent how the company circulates the employee to help with the promoted career opportunities. This symbolic partnership tells a story that could then be taken and used across all collateral as it expands through the coming months.
